The values behind our work

THE FOUNDERS’ STORY

Built through experience.
Driven by the difficult work.

15 years

In the solar & energy storage industries

Meridian’s founders spent 15 years in the solar and energy storage industries, with leadership experience at some of China’s largest solar panel manufacturers and one of the largest energy storage companies in the United States. The companies they served operated facilities in multiple countries and distribution centers across the U.S.

Leading those operations demanded expertise in the product, the manufacturing process, and what it took to bring goods into the United States. Their knowledge grew through complex imports, practical decisions, and the responsibility to see important work through.

That experience became the foundation for Meridian Duty Advisors. Its founders are passionate about importing into the U.S. and are drawn to the products and situations that demand closer attention. Over the years, they have built the industry contacts, government relationships, customer relationships, and practical resources to take on complex challenges. Their specialty is getting the important work done.

THE WAY WE WORK

We welcome complexity.
We see the work through.

We bring people, information, and resources together around the work that matters. Our employees in China, Vietnam, and the United States give us a shared perspective across manufacturing and import operations. We stay engaged, make informed decisions, and follow through.

OUR CORE VALUES

Shared principles.
Everyday commitments.

These principles guide how we work with one another, how we make decisions, and how we serve our clients.

01

We, not I.

We work as one team across countries and disciplines. We share information, support one another, and put shared results and our clients’ needs ahead of personal credit.

02

Stay optimistic.

We approach difficult situations with the belief that progress is possible. We recognize the challenges, look for practical options, and focus our energy on what can be done.

03

Get the important work done.

We identify what matters most, take ownership, and follow through. When obstacles arise, we adapt, bring in the right resources, and keep the work moving with persistence and sound judgment.

04

Let evidence guide decisions.

We gather information, ask good questions, and use data to evaluate our options. Our recommendations draw on the available evidence and practical experience, with a clear understanding of what still needs to be verified.

05

Build trust through integrity.

We communicate honestly, protect confidential information, and keep our commitments. Our relationships with clients, colleagues, suppliers, and government contacts are built on professionalism, respect, and consistent conduct.

THE EXPERIENCE WE BRING

Product knowledge.
Trade experience.

Over 25 years of experience exporting products from Asia and importing them into the United States.

More than 10 million solar panels imported into the United States for clients without AD/CVD duties on those imports.

Our founder purchasing experience also includes more than one million solar panels purchased and imported from China and Vietnam.

ONE CONNECTED TEAM
